Job summary

A community support organization in Calgary is seeking Community Navigators to provide essential support and resources to Indigenous peoples experiencing homelessness. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Outreach for clients; first point of contact.
  • Provide referrals to community supports and AFCC programming options.
  • Accurately collect and record client data for evaluation and reporting.
