Job summary

An Indigenous Child Well-Being Agency in Barrie, ON, is seeking a Child & Youth Service Worker. This full-time position involves ensuring quality service to children in care, developing care plans, and working closely with families and communities. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field, along with experience in child welfare. The starting salary ranges from $72,685.49 to $87,604.48. Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience working with children and families.
  • Experience in Indigenous Child-Wellbeing settings is an asset.

  • Develop and implement Plans of Care based on child’s needs.
  • Provide evidence in court regarding children's needs.
  • Maintain professional relationships with community agencies.
