Qualifications

• 3+ years as a bank/credit union/branch-based advisor in Canada.
• Licensed to sell investments (CIRO-registered; MFDA).
• Insurance / life-licensed is a strong plus but not required.
• Comfortable with financial planning software (any major platform).

Responsibilities

• Transition suitable client relationships and pipeline compliantly.
• Co-lead planning and review meetings with a Senior Advisor.
• Deliver planning-led, product-agnostic advice to households.
• Grow your book with our marketing and service team behind you.
• Build an asset you control instead of just collecting a paycheque.
