Independent Director & Chair, Board of Directors

We seek an independent board member to serve as Chair, bringing strategic vision, governance expertise, and deep understanding of platform business models in emerging markets. This leader will guide Viamo through our next phase of growth, support our executive team, and ensure our mission and values remain central as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate (or participate in, if not Chair) four board meetings annually, with additional committee and advisory engagements as needed
• Foster an environment of strategic challenge, CEO mentorship, and collaborative decision‑making
• Guide Viamo's long‑term strategy on platform development, market growth, and impact measurement
• Serve on at least one board committee (Audit, Compensation, or Impact) and support special initiatives
• Leverage networks to support executive recruitment and enterprise client development
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion at the board and organizational level

Required Profile
