Job summary

Bridgepoint Maintenance is seeking dependable cleaners to join our field-based team in Ontario. You will perform move-out, turnover, and post-maintenance cleaning across residential properties, ensuring high-quality results with attention to detail.

Candidates should have reliable transportation, a smartphone for reporting, and basic English communication. Most assignments involve cleaning homes between tenants or after maintenance work and may include housekeeping tasks for occupied residences.

Qualifications

• Has at least 2 years of paid professional cleaning experience.
• Comfortable completing residential cleaning assignments independently.
• Experience with move-out cleaning, turnover cleaning, deep cleaning, or housekeeping.
• Takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality work and pays attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform move-out, turnover, and post-maintenance cleaning for residential properties.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces.
• Clean inside appliances, cabinets, baseboards, windowsills, and other detail areas.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and remove debris.
• Report damages or maintenance concerns to the operations team.
