We are expanding our Canadian presence and seeking a motivated Independent Business Development Representative (I-BDR) to represent us in Canada. This role is perfect for someone entrepreneurial, skilled in B2B outreach, and passionate about helping businesses scale through outsourcing solutions.
The Independent BDR will focus on generating new leads, building relationships, and securing contracts with Canadian businesses. You’ll represent Rule 30 OIS locally, introducing potential clients to our tailored outsourcing services.
As the first point of contact with potential clients, you will focus on lead generation, qualification, relationship building, and supporting the early stages of the sales pipeline. You will work independently, manage your own taxes / benefits, and leverage your entrepreneurial drive to generate business growth for Rule 30 OIS.
