Qualifications

  • Minimum two years experience leading or developing aquatic programming for diverse populations.
  • Strong understanding of aquatic regulations and best practices.
  • Aquatic Supervisor Training and experience in supervision.
  • National Lifeguard Certification and Lifesaving Instructor Certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualizing and executing program activities.
  • Determining logistical details for events and programming.
  • Tracking pool usage data and promoting events.
  • Coordinating training and scheduling for casual staff.
