Job summary

A local community organization in Richmond Hill is seeking a Camp Counsellor – Inclusion Support Staff to provide one-on-one support to children with disabilities at camps from June to September 2026. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, have relevant certifications, and be committed to inclusive practices. Qualifications

• Candidates must be a minimum of 15 years of age.
• Background experience and eagerness to work with children with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one support to a child with a disability.
• Modify camp programs for the inclusion of children with disabilities.
• Assist campers with self-care needs when necessary.
• Maintain safety and security throughout the day.
• Complete necessary reports and forms in a timely manner.
