A leading technology firm in Winnipeg is seeking an Incident Coordinator and Investigator to manage critical privacy and AI incidents globally. You will lead teams during incident management, coordinate investigations, and ensure compliance with privacy legislation. Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in incident response, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. The TELUS Data and Trust Office (DTO) is seeking an Incident Coordinator and Investigator to join our team. This role will involve day-to-day coordination and management of critical privacy,data and AI incidents across all of TELUS globally, and will assist the DTO team lead in conducting investigations.
TELUS is a trusted privacy leader globally and in this role, you will be working alongside some of the most passionate and innovative professionals in the business. This position will report to TELUS’ Incident Management Lead and Legal Counsel.
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position’s main responsibilities given its international scope.
Salary Range: $97,000-$145,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
