Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Rental Team member for our distribution center in Canada. You will monitor safety, efficiency, productivity and overall workload of your team, while maintaining a positive attitude and coaching staff to meet targets.

You will conduct daily planning, schedule control, and observations, and promote best practices. Strong leadership, communication and teamwork are essential, with flexible scheduling based on business needs.

• Coaching those employees who are not Meeting the optimal targets.
• Daily Production Planning as needed.
• Daily Schedule Control as needed.
• Conduct 2 Hour Tours to follow-up with Employees and give them the Score.
• Input Employee Lost Time Tracker Information.
• Assist management to promote “best practices.”
• Assist in training and developing of employees.
• Maintaining current & accurate inventory.
• Maintain our high quality standards.
• Continually maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all employees and management.
• Assist in maintaining all equipment and facilities are in proper working condition.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with security measures as prescribed by management.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $23.41. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
