Job summary

Endo Networks is seeking Telecom Sales Representatives to represent a leading telecommunications client in Windsor retail stores. You will be the face of the brand, delivering outstanding customer service, educating customers on internet, TV, and home phone options, and recommending tailored solutions.

The position offers full-time hours in shifts including evenings and weekends, with a stated hourly wage of $22 plus a $4 bonus per hour for a total of $26 per hour, starting Oct 5, 2026 at

• Sales or customer service experience, preferably in a retail or telecom.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping customers.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to hit targets.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning about telecommunications products and services.
• Flexibility for various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Must be available to work full-time

Responsibilities

• Actively approach and engage with customers, building strong relationships and trust.
• Educate customers on services, including internet, television, and home phone services, and identify the best solutions for their needs.
• Work towards individual and team sales goals, driving revenue and contributing to the success of retail operations.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with management and other team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Greet customers in a timely manner and servicing their needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for ensuring that the general operation of the store is carried out in the most professional, organized, and profitable manner possible.
• Opening and closing of the store as required.
