Job summary

SaskTel is hiring a Service Rep for SaskTel Stores in Regina, SK. The position offers a base hourly wage of 27.97 CAD plus an incentive potential up to 6,944 CAD per year.

Responsibilities

• Promotes sale of products and/or services to meet sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Determines customer needs and recommends solutions to the customer.
• Handles device hardware and accessory setup, reviews customer contracts, and educates customers.
• Maintains knowledge of SaskTel’s products, services, systems, and pricing options.
• Handles inquiries/complaints and resolves issues to meet service targets.
• Arranges customer deposits, handles cash and payments; reconciles daily sales."
• Captures customer requirements and reviews work orders for accuracy.
• Participates in sales campaigns and retention activities on a demand basis.
• Maintains related reports and data for sales activities.
• May attend customer premises for retail sales, returns or repairs.
• Monitors stock inventory in the retail outlet.
• Assists other internal departments as required.
