Job summary

RunAsYouAre in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Full-Time Run Specialist to join our flagship store on West 4th. You’ll deliver a welcoming in-store experience for runners, share product knowledge, and help build our running community.

You’ll engage customers, guide gear selections, assist with store operations, and participate in merchandising, online orders, events, and community runs. Weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service or retail role.
• Weekend availability required.
• Ability to promote products authentically and build customer relationships.
• Interest in running gear and community events.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, relaxed and inclusive experience for all customers and runners of all types and abilities.
• Help customers with product decisions by listening to their needs and providing recommendations.
• Achieve in-store sales targets with the team and highlight campaigns.
• Provide expert shoe fitting and utilize RunReady/brand systems.
• Support store operations including transactions, merchandising, order fulfillment and inventory.
