Job summary

Laura Canada is seeking an in-store merchandiser to enhance visual presentation and drive seasonal performance across Melanie Lyne locations.

You will creatively style displays, dress mannequins, and work with the Visual Presentation team to create memorable shopping experiences. This role also supports product knowledge sessions and new store openings.

Responsibilities

• Creatively present merchandise and manage store space to support seasonal projection.
• Dress mannequins and install props in windows and inside the store.
• Drive traffic and sales by rearranging merchandise to meet store needs.
• Perform physical tasks and work at height, such as changing displays and signs.
• Collaborate with Management and the Regional Visual Presentation Team.
• Attend Product Knowledge sessions seasonally.
• Ensure a neat appearance of the store.
• Participate in new stores’ setup and opening.
