Job summary

No Frills in Ontario is hiring Store Team Members to join our busy retail environment. You will help stock shelves, assist customers, and keep displays neat while delivering friendly service that helps Canadians Live Life Well.

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and opportunities for advancement. This unionized role offers flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends, with the ability to lift up to 50lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player with attention to detail.
• Flexible to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Able to move up to 50lbs and stay in motion during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
