Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore by Loblaw Companies Limited is seeking Store Team Members to deliver excellent customer service and ensure shelves are stocked and displays meet company standards. No prior experience is required as training is provided.

Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends is required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and ongoing mobility during shifts is expected. This unionized role follows the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

• Ensure accurate product scanning and assist with inventory needs and ordering.
• Set up company promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
