Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a customer-focused associate to help maximize beauty product sales and promote services within-store. You will engage customers, promote promotions, and encourage PC Optimum participation while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling cosmetics with a proven track record
• Ability to conduct sit down makeup and skincare consultations and demonstrate application
• Knowledge of various beauty products and services available

Responsibilities

• Maximizes sales and awareness of promotional programs
• Promotes sales of beauty products
• Promotes sales through encouraging customers to participate in the PC Optimum program
• Actively promote and book appointments for in-Store events
• Promotes products through marketing and encourages use of the PC Optimum program
• Exhibits and promotes the company’s products and services
• Attends workshop/education sessions
• Complies with Cosmetics Operating Standards
• Complies with all health and safety regulations
• Complies with loss prevention policies and procedures and ensures they are executed in the department
• Acts professionally at all times
• Perform other duties as required
