Job summary

Sobeys in Calgary is seeking a friendly Bakery Clerk to deliver exceptional customer service, handle bakery products, and keep the department clean, organized and safe. You will adhere to Food Safety Protocols and corporate policies while assisting customers and promoting fresh bakery items.

Responsibilities include processing bakery orders, executing merchandising programs, stocking and receiving inventory, reducing shrink, training junior staff, and supporting sales growth.

• Order and receive stock in accordance with company inventory control procedures.
• Process department shrink.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment as per Company requirements.
• Other duties as required.
