Stratosphere Quality is hosting an in-person hiring event for our newest project in Belleville, Ontario. We are actively seeking FULL-TIME Team Leaders and Quality Inspectors who can work 12-hour shifts and are ready to join a fast-paced, growth-focused quality inspection team. Pay and Schedule

Pay rate: $19.60 - $20.35/hour

Team Leader – Responsibilities

• Leading teams at assigned customer locations


• Training and guiding Quality Inspectors


• Communicating with customer contacts


• Inspecting parts and overseeing workflow


• Ensuring equipment is issued and used properly


• Completing documentation for each project


• Monitoring safety and quality requirements


• Acting as interim Job Leader when needed

Quality Inspectors – Responsibilities

Quality Inspectors perform visual inspections, sorting, measuring, and documentation to confirm product quality. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals seeking long-term full-time work.
