The ideal candidate will have a technical diploma, 2-5 years of scheduling experience, and proficiency in Primavera P6. Responsibilities include developing the master schedule, performing critical path analyses, and ensuring project alignment. This role requires full-time, in-office presence in Halifax, Canada.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of scheduling experience, ideally in complex shipyard projects.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management and multi-project integration.
• Experience with schedule risk analysis (Monte Carlo method) is a plus.
• PMI or PMP certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using industry standards.
• Perform critical path and 'what-if' scenario analyses.
• Integrate sub-schedules from tools like Primavera and Aveva into the IMS.
• Track progress and issue updates to stakeholders.
• Support resource loading, leveling, and multi-project dependency management.
• Maintain key project structures: WBS, OBS, RBS.
• Collaborate with functional teams throughout engineering and build phases.
• Coordinate timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Implement and manage scheduling systems and processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of weekly and monthly business reporting.
