We are currently seeking talented individuals to join in-house recruitment team. Our clients are some of the world’s largest manufacturers and leading semiconductor companies.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from client management to onboarding.
  • Design and implement effective recruiting strategies, including advising on job boards, agencies, and search firms to acquire top talent with the right competencies.
  • Conduct behavioural interviews and provide basic interviewing technique training to teams involved in the hiring process. Offer leadership, coaching, and expertise to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate contract signing and onboarding processes.
  • Track and report all recruitment activities using analytical data.
  • Collaborate with HR and internal stakeholders in alignment with organizational policies.
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment activities and job fair events.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in technical hiring (Operators, Technicians, and Engineers).
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work efficiently.
  • Open-minded with a positive attitude, and adaptable to new processes and changes.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
