Job summary

Qualifications

• Six+ years of professional legal experience with five years in corporate litigation, preferably in construction or property development.
• Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of contracts and corporate policies.
• Excellent negotiation, arbitration, and litigation skills with clear communication to executives and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

• A seasoned lawyer with at least six years of professional legal experience, including five years specializing in corporate litigation, ideally within construction or property development.
• Deep commercial and corporate legal expertise combined with astute business judgment aligned with Patry's strategic objectives.
• A persuasive communicator with exceptional skills in negotiation, arbitration, and litigation, equally capable of translating complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to executives, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• An agile professional comfortable commanding attention and respect in both the courtroom and the boardroom, skilled in administrative proceedings and tribunals.
• An incisive, detail-oriented legal mind adept at navigating intricate case law, transactional agreements, contracts, and policy frameworks.

Your Requirements:

• Robust knowledge of current legal frameworks, regulatory requirements, industry standards, and compliance matters.
