Qualifications

  • Must have active RBT certification or 40-hour course certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience working with children of various ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes.
  • Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change.
  • Collaborate closely with families to ensure therapy aligns with goals.
  • Track and document progress using electronic medical records.
  • Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA and clinical team.
