Job summary

Just Click Help is seeking an on-site In-Home Care Personal Support Worker (PSW) in the Greater Toronto Area, contracted with potential for FT employment. You will provide direct in-home support, including personal care, light housekeeping, and companionship, while traveling between client homes across the GTA.

The role requires a certified PSW in Ontario, excellent communication, and the ability to work flexible hours with discretion and compassion for clients in need of assistance at home.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified PSW from Ontario
• Demonstrated caregiving and elder care abilities
• Excellent communication with clients, families, and coordinators
• Experience in in-home care or community support is a plus
• Able to travel across the GTA and work flexible hours
• Knowledge of infection control and safe lifting techniques
• Food preparation experience, caring for allergies when needed
• Tech-savvy; able to use an app to track work
• Self-registered as independent contractor with liability insurance
• Background checks and immunizations and CPR/First Aid where required
• Legally eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities

• Provide direct in-home support including personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and routine tasks
• Offer companionship and monitor client well-being
• Travel between client homes within the Greater Toronto Area
• Document care activities and follow safety and care protocols
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
