Job summary

Therapia invites licensed physiotherapists to join as freelance, casual in-home providers in Canada. You will conduct in-home assessments and treat acute and chronic conditions, while promoting wellness and prevention.

You work independently via Therapia's platform, with administrative support for scheduling and billing. Take control of your schedule, choose your caseload, and earn according to a favorable compensation split.

Qualifications

Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists in the region.
New grads welcomed (physiotherapy residents accepted).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience in orthopedic, post-surgical, pediatric or geriatric physiotherapy is an asset.
Willingness to travel to patients' homes (around 30 minutes).

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive in-home physiotherapy assessments and develop personalized care plans.
Deliver hands-on and/or virtual treatment with exercises tailored to each patient.
Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet milestones.
Ensure safety and compliance with infection control and regulatory documentation.
Manage your caseload independently using Therapia's platform.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery.
