Qualifications

• Must have access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• A current and original copy of a satisfactory Criminal Records Check is needed.
• Experience with elderly or ill individuals or children is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal support and homemaking services to clients and families.
• Implements changes to the care plan under the guidance of the Manager.
• Completes daily call checks and other forms as required.
