The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) is seeking a Health Care Aide for the Home Care Program - K5 Seven Oaks Team (East) in Winnipeg, MB. This in-person role is 0.60 FTE with 2080 annual base hours, based at WRHA Community Health Services - 1050 Leila Ave.

Applicants should have a Health Care Aide course, a Manitoba Class 5 driver's license or access to a vehicle, and Basic Cardiac Life Support training where required. The posting closes Oct 23, 2026.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a recognized Health Care Aide course required.
• HCAs in community settings must have a valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Training may be required in some settings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients, families and co-workers.
