Job summary

CBI Home Health in Saskatoon, SK, seeks an experienced Foot Care Nurse to deliver in-home foot care to clients who cannot care for themselves. You will uphold compassionate care and preserve client dignity while working within a supportive, family-like team culture.

The role requires an LPN/RN with a valid Saskatchewan license and an Advanced Foot Care Certificate. Travel to client homes is expected, with flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Be registered with CLPNS or CRNS.
Must have completed and obtained the Advanced Foot Care Certificate (Heel your Sole in Saskatchewan).
Have licensure by a provincial or territorial governing body.
Be dedicated to providing the highest quality of client care.
Have experience in Public Health/Community Nursing.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and conduct all aspects of in-home foot care visits according to highest quality care standards.
Coordinate supplies and related equipment for visits.
Create and maintain client documentation including evaluation data.
Educate clients on foot care-related topics.
Determine and carry out appropriate advanced foot care nursing interventions.
