Responsibilities

• Care for two young children in a private home, including supervision when parents are away.
• Organize and participate in age-appropriate activities (games, crafts, reading).
• Discipline children as requested by parents and teach personal hygiene and social skills.
• Plan, prepare and serve meals; perform kitchen cleanup as needed.
• Perform general housework including laundry and ironing school uniforms.
• Dust rooms and maintain a clean, organized living environment.
• Follow parents' routines and safety guidelines for child care.
• Assist with outings and ensure children's safety during activities.

• NOC Job Code/Title: 44100 - Home child care provider

Terms of employment: This job is for a full-time position (between 30 and 40 hours per week). Flexible / Split shift work schedule is required. Weekend work may be required. Job start is February 28, 2027.

Language requirement: French or English.

Salary: Wage offered is between $17 and $23 per hour.

Location: LaBa… lives in lives in Westmount, Quebec. The home is situated in a residential neighbourhood, school and parks are nearby. The city bus is easily accessible and is close by (bus # 66 and # 124). The major intersection is Côte Saint-Luc Rd. and Décarie Boul..

Duties may include:

• 1- This job is to help with the care of a 5 year old child and a 3 year old child.
• 2- Supervision / Care of children when parents are not at home,
• 3- Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings to provide amusement and exercise, when baby gets bigger and is able
• 4- Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents,
• 5- Instruct child in personal hygiene and social development,
• 6- Plan, prepare and serve meals for baby. Kitchen clean-up is also required,
• 7- General housework that will include doing laundry and ironing of school uniforms.
• 8- Dusting rooms to ensure a clean environment
