A leading SaaS provider in Toronto is seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to manage client onboarding processes and ensure successful launches on the platform. The role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication with clients and internal teams. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in software implementation and customer service. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely.

Reporting into the Onboarding Manager, you’ll help us launch new clients onto our platform and give every client a seamless experience. This role will lead client contact during the onboarding process and ensure a successful launch onto the Mariana Tek platform.
You can work fully remote in this position provided you have eligible working rights in the United States and you are in a time zone with enough overlap to collaborate with your team.
Base salary range: $70,000 to $80,000. May be considered for a discretionary annual bonus.
