The Implementation Specialist at LBMX works directly with existing and new clients to adapt our software systems to meet the client’s needs. As an implementation project manager, your duties are to lead the installation and customization of LBMX software offerings to meet the client’s technical needs. You will work closely with the client to implement their vision by collecting data, customizing features, defining and executing project objectives, providing training/demos, and will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer experience through excellent service and efficient implementation of LBMX software offerings in a fast-paced, solutions-focused environment. This role requires a self-starter mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a process-oriented manner while maintaining a people-first, customer-service approach.
This is an on-site position at our London, Ontario, office. Must be able to legally work in Canada.
