DESCRIPTION

LivingSafe is a Montreal-based startup that specializes in the collection, analysis and interpretation of data. With LISA, our non‑intrusive smart‑monitoring system, we provide accurate, insightful information on seniors' health, safety and well‑being to caregivers in real‑time. Our mission is to improve the quality of care provided to seniors by offering a tool that facilitates patient care in establishments and at home.

We are currently in search of a full‑time project manager who will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating activities for designated commercial and R&D projects. The project manager will take charge of the deployment and implementation of LivingSafe’s product in various settings of the senior care industry. LivingSafe is seeking an ambitious individual who will assist the business development team in fostering and managing client relationships, who will be a key point of contact for facility operators and staff members, as well as the elderly residents and their families.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead, track and coordinate project planning and ensure objectives are accomplished
  • Manage project roadmaps and framework across LivingSafe teams
  • Coordinate and assist the tech development team in the installation process and deployment of the product within senior care facilities
  • Coordinate and manage the communication between all parties involved in the project.
  • Manage the onboarding process for implicated parties
  • Provide professional support to facility operators during and after the onboarding process and ensure smooth implementation with their healthcare personnel
  • Preserve appropriate follow‑up communication with operators, staff and seniors’ families to provide them with consistent update of status of the implementation efforts
  • Maintain up to date records, reports and documentation of project steps, difficulties, and budgets
REQUIREMENTS
  • Educational background in engineering, management or relevant
  • 0-4 years of work experience in related field
  • Ability to understand technical concepts a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills in French and English
  • Proficiency with MS Office and GSuite

📍 Montréal / hybrid

⏰ Permanent, Full‑time (40h/week)

💰 50K - 70K / year depending on experience
