Your future duties and responsibilities
  • Analyze client needs regarding time management and scheduling.
  • Recommend optimal solutions tailored to the client’s business context.
  • Propose a work plan to the client.
  • Perform the required configuration in the application.
  • Ensure the integrity of the client’s file throughout the implementation process.
  • Coordinate and carry out the necessary quality control for file delivery.
  • Train clients on our various solutions.
  • Assist clients in using these new solutions.
  • Document the specific details of the client’s file.
  • Conduct rigorous follow‑up on ongoing and post‑implementation projects.
  • Travel to the client’s site when required.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
  • College diploma in administration, accounting, or a related field, or any other combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in time management.
  • Knowledge of scheduling and time management solutions (timesheets, time tracking).
  • Experience in an IT office environment.
  • Proficiency with modern communication tools.
  • Knowledge of the payroll preparation cycle (an asset).
  • Relevant experience in business implementation projects (an asset).
  • In‑depth knowledge of various payroll applications (an asset).
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and planning skills.
  • Good priority management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work with office tools.
  • Excellent command of French.
