  • Knowledge of web-based software design and usability principles
  • Willingness to obtain Security Clearance

  • Background in risk, crisis, incident, or emergency management systems
  • Familiarity with project teams in a software development context
  • Demonstrated ability to coach junior team members and conduct peer reviews
