What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Gather and analyze requirements through various techniques to determine customer needs
- Lead workshops for medium to large stakeholder groups to capture customization changes
- Configure system solutions and provide expert advice on system design
- Conduct testing, prepare test plans, and support customer training and demonstrations
- Act as a product expert, assisting with troubleshooting and coaching junior team members
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, information technology, or computer science
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in business or software analysis, or software implementation
- Experience with requirements gathering and analysis in a software context
- Demonstrated ability in designing solutions for software implementations
- Willingness to obtain security clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with AI/machine learning technologies
- Familiarity with risk, crisis, incident, or emergency management systems
- Previous experience working within project teams in a software development context
- Knowledge of web-based software design and usability
- Ability to develop knowledge base articles and share lessons learned
