What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Gather and analyze requirements through workshops and business analysis to determine customer needs
  • Guide clients through the implementation of Noggin Solutions and assist with system configuration and training
  • Conduct system functional testing and prepare comprehensive test plans
  • Deliver tailored product training and demonstrations to customers
  • Act as a product expert in meetings, providing solutions and support for customer inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in business or software analysis/SAAS or software implementation
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and analysis
  • Eligible and willing to obtain Security Clearance
  • Ability to accurately log time and achieve specified billable utilization of 75%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with AI/machine learning technologies
  • Familiarity with risk, crisis, incident, or emergency management systems
  • Background in web-based software design and usability
  • Experience working within project teams in a software development context
  • Knowledge of product analysis for software products
