Qualifications

  • Completion of a post-secondary education in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a related position preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Technical skills including Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Office 365. SAP knowledge strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and plan staffing requirements and arrange staff training as needed.
  • Ensure all sick calls are replaced daily.
  • Handle time entries in SAP.
  • Prepare, maintain, and post schedules utilizing SharePoint, Excel, and Office 365.
