Job summary

A restoration service provider in Vancouver is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support back-office functions for reconstruction projects after water, fire, or mold loss. Responsibilities include coordinating estimates, monitoring project progress, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate holds a degree or equivalent experience, has over 3 years in a related field, and possesses strong leadership skills. Compensation is $25.00 - $28.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Create customer payment schedules, invoice customers, assist with collections.
• Coordinate project estimations and approvals.
• Monitor project progress and send invoices.
• Conduct initial scope meetings and oversee project kick-offs.
• Track project status in DASH.
• Provide updates during internal status meetings.
• Onboard subcontractors and manage their payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to create change orders and insurance supplements.
• Ensure completion of required paperwork by customers.
