• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Mentor and support junior clinicians and clinic staff as assigned.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and quality improvement.
• Utilize e-charting and digital communications to streamline workflow.
• Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize impact.
• Educate patients and families on recovery, prevention, and self-management.
