Your Independent Grocer, part of Loblaw Companies Limited, is seeking Personal Shoppers to fulfill customer e-commerce orders with accuracy and care, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights and weekends is required, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay mobile during shifts. This is a unionized, customer-focused role in Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by assisting with general questions, maintaining a positive environment
• Shop for customers by accurately filling their orders with quality products
• Scan products and process customer transactions accurately using debit, credit, cash and gift cards
