Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills and experience.
  • Ability to organize and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in financial management including budgeting.
  • Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check.

Responsibilities

  • Manage behind-the-scenes activities at the retirement residence.
  • Engage with residents to ensure their needs are met.
  • Handle accounting functions including A/R, A/P, payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee receptionists and manage the reception desk.
