Qualifications

• Must have trauma-informed training or experience.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Must be able to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure company operations align with treatment program goals.
• Teach life skills to patients.
• Monitor patient activities when counseling staff are absent.

Skills

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing

Understanding and following directions

Valid First Aid / CPR Level C

Education

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent diploma

Certificate from a recognized Health Care Worker program

Tools

First Aid/CPR certification

Valid Class 5 Drivers License
