Qualifications
- Successful completion of CAIRP Practical course on Insolvency Counseling.
- Two or more years of relevant work experience in Insolvency or Credit Counseling.
- Great interpersonal skills to deal with team members, debtors, and creditors.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills to respond to different situations.
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Takes personal ownership and responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A team player who can also work independently.
Responsibilities
- Assist debtors and creditors regarding bankruptcies and proposals.
- Perform BIA Counselling covering budgeting & credit rebuilding.
- Review files/documents for compliance with insolvency duties.
- Engage in community outreach and business development.
