Responsibilities

• Schedule equipment requests within contracted time frames.
• Coordinate service with program technicians.
• Act as a liaison for clients and health care professionals.
• Respond to inquiries regarding program eligibility.
• Enter equipment and client data into a database.
• Adhere to program policies and maintain quality control.
