Job summary

e-STORAGE, a Canadian Solar Inc. subsidiary, is seeking a Project Quality Engineer to execute and monitor all project quality activities.

You will lead the SSQP/ITP, track NCRs and RCA, and coordinate with owner representatives, EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, O&M service providers, and project staff to ensure contractual quality. With at least 3 years in a similar role, you will apply ISO standards and drive continuous improvement while fostering strong cross-functional relationships

Qualifications

• Educational background in Quality, Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years' of experience in a similar role, preferably in renewable energy or automotive industries.
• Capable of conducting RCA and driving corrective actions with suppliers.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, O&M of inverters/transformers/battery products; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and review the Project Site Specific Quality Plan (SSQP) and the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Plan, execute, and monitor all project quality assurance activities across project phases.
• Review Non-Conformance Reports, conduct quality audits and RCA.
• Lead lessons learned for ongoing quality improvement across projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, project execution, and O&M teams to resolve equipment issues.
