To keep pace with our continued growth, we are in need of a Senior Immigration Lawyer, ideally with large firm and/or in-house experience.

As a Caravel Immigration Lawyer, You will :

• Prepare and submit various immigration applications, including LMIA requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness to minimize the risk of rejections.
• Support matters including intra-company transfer work permits, post-sale service work permits, business visitor letters, study permits, IEC work permits, visitor visas, assessments of eligibility, family class permits, express entry permits, express entry + provincial nominee program, startup visa, and permanent residence applications and extensions.

What would YOU Bring :

• Minimum of 10 years of practical related private practice experience.
• Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
