Overview

Immigration Law Clerk (US and Canada)

Our Client is an award winning Canadian Downtown Firm, and they are looking to hire a Law Clerk with at least 3 years of experience working on all matters pertaining to Canadian and US Immigration.

Your new role

In this role you will be responsible for implementing various immigration strategies to deliver on clients’ needs and mitigate immigration risks. You will also be required to draft legal forms, prepare documents and submissions independently at the instruction of a lawyer. You will also be required to stay abreast of changes in immigration law, regulation, and policy.

What you will need to succeed

• Minimum of 3+ years immigration experience.
• Strong work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to relate to people at all levels.
