Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or diploma/certificate required.
• Experience with E-1, E-2, L-1 and TN applications preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent writing abilities required.

• Coordinate the application process, evaluate categories, research requirements for different submissions.
• Prepare submission packages and send to government agencies; evaluate applications.
• Assist in client intake and respond to inquiries via email/phone to ensure timely processing.
