Role Description

We are actively hiring an experienced immigration attorney to join a passinonate group of legal professionals with mission and purpose. We work on challenging cases and believe in the work we do. This is a full-time on-site role located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area. The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for handling immigration cases, including issues related to visas, removal defense, waiver applications, consular processing, asylum, residency applications and naturalization. Daily tasks will include meeting with clients, preparing legal documents, submitting filings to immigration authorities, and representing clients in court. The role requires excellent research, advocacy, and client communication skills.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Immigration Issues and Immigration Law
  • Experience with Visas and Legal Issues
  • Strong knowledge of Immigration procedures and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Experience in a law firm or legal setting specializing in immigration cases
  • Fluency in Spanish
