Job summary

The Osler Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Diagnostic Imaging Department. You will deliver patient-centered care across the nursing process, collaborate with an inter-professional team, and provide health teaching and discharge instructions to support community care continuity.

Requirements include current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario, BCLS, ACLS (or completion within 12 months), and the ability to travel between Osler sites.

Qualifications

• Current registration, in good standing, with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
• Strong knowledge of nursing process and patient care responsibilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe nursing care in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centred care to ensure safety and well-being.
• Provide health teaching and discharge instructions to support continuity of care in the community.
• Collaborate with an inter-professional team in the Diagnostic Imaging Department.
• May travel between Osler sites to support patient care.
